Educational Psychologist needed in Greater Manchester.           

  • Up top 5 days (37.5 hours) per week

  • 60% work from home / flexible hours

  • 40% direct contact in schools in Southport

  • £49,215.00-£59,809.00 pro rated

​

Join an Educational Psychology service run and owned by it’s people. Established in 2012, we now work with 165 schools across the North of the UK, and we’re on a mission to make education a place where everyone belongs.

We are looking for someone who is:

​

  • Qualified, HCPC Registered Educational Psychologist

  • Autonomous, creative and responsive to the needs of your school community

  • Passionate about whole school and whole trust working

  • Team orientated and puts people first

 

Do the things you care about and build impactful relationships with your school communities.

What we offer:

​

  • ​Soulbury Pay Scale Main Grade 3-8│£49,215 - £59,809 pro rated

  • CPD allowance of £1000 and 5 days pro rated

  • Employee ownership profit share annual bonus

  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rated

  • No statutory assessments 

  • Clinical, line management and peer supervision

  • CPD and team days

This is a full-time position however we welcome conversations about employed and self employed ways of working as well as part time hours.

​

We are looking for passionate, proactive people who really care about delivering positive outcomes for young people, their families and the schools and settings in which they work. You will feel very much part of the team, with access to all shared resources and group supervision opportunities as well as support from management and peers. 

 

The role requires HCPC registration, reliability, consistency and a proactive approach to communication and organisation.
