​Our Transition Packs have been designed by the Applied Psychologies team to help you support yourself, colleagues and young people through uncertain times.

These packs were created as a response to the first COVID-19 lockdown, but since then schools have seen so much change that they are as relevant now as they were then. 

​

Each module includes a short, pre-recorded training session on PowerPoint and a supporting PDF to download.
