Educational Psychologist needed in
Bury and Burnley starting September 25

Where: Bury and Burnley

When: 1-2 days per week, flexible. Employed permanent contract or self-employed. 

The patch: 6 schools: 3 primary, 1 mainstream secondary, 1 PRU and 1 secondary special school 

The work: Building relationships with your schools with a mix of preventative and case work, staff support, training and systemic work. We are a non statutory service. 

The pay: Soulbury main grade scale points 4-8 or for self employed £520 per day based on an 8 hour day.

We're looking for an employed or self employed EP to join the team covering a patch of schools in Bury and Burnley. We have a patch of 6 schools needing support from September due to staffing changes in our team. There are options for more than 2 days dependent on location. We can support those looking to go self-employed for the first time. â€‹

You will be joining our creative and supportive team of 30 professionals, made up from EPs, assistant and trainee EPs, specialist teacher, OT, SaLT, and therapists.

 

You will deliver preventative support to a group of schools, providing you with the opportunity to build relationships and get to understand their needs. You will have autonomy in your role; you will decide how best to use your time and skills to meet the needs of your schools, with the support of our experienced team as and when needed.

You will also need HCPC registration, Enhanced DBS, a full UK driving licence and access to appropriate transport.
